Refunds/Exchanges/Returns

The Boutique offers the highest level of quality towards its merchandise. For any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase review the store policies. 

 

Only approved returns will be refunded in form of a store credit with deducting the shipping fees. Any items returned that had free shipping will be charged a shipping fee.

 

All returns must be received by no later then one week ( seven days) after approval via email.You will only be allowed a store credit or exchange for another size.All returns will have to be approved for the store credit or exchange only via email.Once your order is approved you will have one week ( seven days) to get the merchandise back to The Boutique. 

 

Once we receive and inspect merchandise and it's approved for the store credit or exchange it will be processed in one week not including holidays.You will have one week after you receive email upon approval to use your store credit.No exceptions.

You will be notified by the email that you provided at the time of purchase.Original shipping charges are non refundable.
